Building a Winery

In the mid 1980's, we began construction of a bespoke winery in the East of England with the aim of producing high quality crisp and flavorsome white wines. As the weather in this part of the UK is very dry and cold, this was an ideal location where grapes for this style of wine could easily be ripened.
